Arabische Regimes

Bei der Auseinandersetzung wg. Nahost werden gerne Arabischen Staaten als Bedrohung Israels vorgestellt, deren Demokratiedefizite gleichzeitig als Kontrast aufgebaut werden, um Israel um so besser hinzustellen.

Seltener wird dann die Rolle "des Westens" gegenüber diesen Regimes ernsthaft beleuchtet. Hier ein für mich sehr erhellender Artikel vom "Angry Arab" As'ad AbuKhalil, zwar wieder mal (nur) in Englisch, aber lohnend:
